For our Global IT Service Desk Team we are seeking Junior Service Desk Agent with Mandarin

Your tasks:
  • Providing remote 1st line support to end-users working on 24/7 shifts
    Analyzing problems related to software and hardware & putting correct resolution in place
    Opening, closing and monitoring of the incidents in the ticketing system
    Contacting with the end-user via phone, e-mail & chat
    Updating knowledge articles

Our requirements:
  • Fluent Mandarin (C1) and English (B2)
    Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively
    Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff in difficult situations
    Readiness to work on shifts (8 hour shift, 24/7)
    Previous experience in customer care or IT support will be an asset
